Day 1 – Ten Things I Want to Say to Ten Different People (01.03.2020)
Hey guys! Welcome to day one of this ten-day challenge. Today’s topic is ‘Ten things I want to say to ten different people’. Well, there are many people in my life, and I have so many things to say but don’t always find the time to. But, I’ll write what I need to say. For privacy reasons, their names won’t be written, but they’ll know who they are. ❤
- Best friend 1 – Thank you for helping me out and always being there for me. Can’t wait to actually see you play a game of volleyball one day. I’ll be cheering for you and your team. Love you! ❤
- Best friend 2 – Well, there are many, many things we haven’t discussed but I’ll let it slide. You are a witty and awesome person. I love hanging out with you and I hope that we are life friends. Love you! ❤ (Pigeons are flying…) 😉
- Best friend 3 – You have always kept me grounded and on track. You are extremely intelligent and that’s what I love about you. You have an inspiring and heart-warming personality and I really loved getting to know you more. Love you! ❤
- Best friend 4 – Artistic, caring and understanding. You always knew when I needed help. When I needed to make a friend, you offered to help by talking to them first, but I had to embrace my fears and take a step forward. Love you! ❤
- Best friend 5 – We met in a different and interesting way. I always found that interesting to ponder over but I’m grateful that it worked out. You always help me whenever I can’t seem to find a solution to an equation. It’s always a weight off my shoulder knowing that I have an angel above me every day ready for action. Love you! ❤ (You’ll always be a cookie lover, cookie monster.)
- Best friend 6 – We are both going through the same journey in life, slowly adjusting. Without you, I don’t know how I’ll survive whenever I feel sick. You are always ready in case of an unexpected problem and you’re incredibly influential too. You are special and one of a kind, my dear. Love you! ❤
- Best friend 7 – You are an incredible, inspiring, influential young woman. I am so thrilled to learn from you and have someone that I can talk to whenever need be. You mean a lot to me and I don’t know how I’ll feel when you leave. I’ll be heartbroken and crushed most likely. Well, at least my poem has relevance in my life. I know that it’s in the near future, but I feel a connection all too strong. I’ll hate to lose you. You are special, loved and valued. Love you! ❤
- Teachers – My leaders. How can I begin to thank you? You have always been there for me, nurtured me and most of all, taught me. I don’t know where I’ll be without you. You inspire me every day and I aspire to be like you as well. Although not everyone sees eye to eye, I will always remember what you’ve done for me in my lifetime. Love you! ❤
- Best friend 8 – Well, this is definitely going to be interesting. You and I aren’t exactly close, but there’s something that binds us. I don’t know if it’s our star sign, birthdays or just something completely random. But, over time, I would say that I feel a lot closer to you and now I see you as my brother. This could come as a shock but it’s true. Thank you for understanding and I really hope that our friendship grows stronger over time. Love you! ❤
- Best friend 9 – Our first meet is something that could be laughed over for hours. We may not be the closest, but we have a connection. Although not fully visible in other’s eyes, it is to us. You mean a lot to me and I can tell that I mean a lot to you as well. But, it won’t be an easy ride. We’ll face many problems, but we’ll face them together. I know we will. Love you! ❤
Day 2 – Nine Things About Me (02.03.2020)

- I’m a girly girl who’s obsessed with pastel colours.
- My favourite colours are pink, blue and purple because I’m obsessed with unicorns.
- I have a younger sister.
- My favourite animals are bunnies and pandas.
- My dream vacation is a birthday trip to Argentina and Samoa.
- My favourite flower is the cherry blossom from Japan.
- My favourite girl’s name is Juanita and my favourite boy’s name is Jackson.
Day 3 – Eight Ways to Win my Heart (03.03.2020)
Hello everyone! Welcome back to day three of this ten-day challenge. Today’s topic is ‘Eight ways to win my heart’. Love is a complicated and sacred matter. It’s special and means a lot to someone. Now, I barely think about love and anything associated with it. Well, unless it’s to write a poem or a story. Anyhow, I think it’ll be good to give a thought to this matter every once and a while. So, let’s begin.
Conversations
This may not seem like something extremely important, but I value it strongly. I love having meaningful conversations and something that opens my mind to curiosity. I enjoy having a fun time with that person and thinking about our relationship and everything that happened.
Inner Thoughts
I personally feel a problem when it’s in the air and it’ll be no different in a relationship. I want to be able to talk about not only my feelings but their own as well. This builds trust and strengthens the relationship further which creates a sense of security within me.
Poems
Now, this is a dead giveaway. Of course, a way to win my heart is a romantic poem. But, anything written and heartfelt from that person will make me feel giddy inside.
Honesty, Loyalty, Gentle and Kind
Everyone has this perfect image of their dream partner. I don’t have one just yet, but they must be honest, loyalty, kind and gentle. It definitely helps to know that this person is someone that won’t hurt me even though the world is a manipulative place.
Be Yourself
Now, this is another giveaway. I always look for someone who is true to themselves and remembers that they are human too. Humans have feelings, as well as their partners and most relationships, don’t always work out if it’s unbalanced. I value people who also remember that they should be themselves and to take time out when required.
Someone to Joke Around With
Droning on and on about this can be tedious, but that doesn’t mean I don’t want someone fun. I get bored sometimes and I really want someone to joke around with as well. Inside jokes haven’t been a thing that ever had a good effect on me but in relationships, they can boost it to the next level. So, why not give it a shot?
A True Friend
I always need someone that can be a true friend, whether we’re in a relationship or not. I value people who can be there when I need them and always help me out in problems.
Sacrifice
Relationships, sadly, include sacrifices. But, if we’re both willing to sacrifice for each other than I’m happy to compromise and make this relationship work.
Those are the ways to win my heart. It may be simple and complex, but they’re special and something that I hold close to my heart.
Day 4 – Seven Things that Cross my Mind a Lot (04.03.2020)
Hey guys! Welcome back to day four of this ten-day challenge. Today’s topic is ‘Seven things that cross my mind a lot’. This is an interesting one and I’m so excited about it. So, let’s hop right in.
- Family – They mean the world to me and I worry about everyone’s safety and health.
- Friendships – Friends are there when you need them, and I always wonder what life would be like without these angels.
- Issy’s Writing Wonderland – This is a new thing, but I have felt the need to care for it way more than necessary but it’s precious to me, nonetheless.
- School – I care about my education and what I want to achieve from it.
- Mental health – My health can be quite hectic during days that I’m upset and worried so it’s definitely something that crosses my mind a lot.
- Health and wellbeing – This is a given but some people don’t care much about it. I personally value my health and wellbeing as I have a hard time healing from illnesses.
- Relationships – This is something that has been recent and although I haven’t associated myself in any relationships, it’s crossed my mind multiple times. I have a fear of these things especially since they’re still a new concept for my brain to process.
See you all tomorrow and hope you enjoy learning about what goes on in my mind. ❤
Day 5 – Six Things I Wish I’d Never Done (05.03.2020)
Welcome back to day five of this ten-day challenge. Today’s topic is ‘Six things I wish I’d never done’ and this is bound to get interesting. I don’t have that many but it’s around ten. So, let’s go!
- Not standing up for myself
- Spending too much energy on people who later betrayed me
- Spend money on unnecessary items that weren’t needed
- Believing people who lied to me
- Excluding myself from activities that involved large groups
- Not playing to my full potential or being competitive in sport-related activities
Day 6 – Five People Who Mean a Lot (no order) (06.03.2020)
Today is day six of the ten-day challenge. Today’s topic is ‘Five people who mean a lot (no order)’ and names will not be written for privacy reasons. There are so many people who mean a lot to me, but I’ll vaguely put them into groups.
- Family
- Friends
- Teachers
- New friends
- Helpers
Day 7 – Four Turn-Offs (07.03.2020)
It’s already day seven of this ten-day challenge. Doesn’t the month fly by quickly? Anyhow, today is ‘Four turn-offs’. Of course, there’s more but these are my top four turn offs.
- Disrespect – I can’t stand it when people are mean and think that they’re better than everyone else and has that air of arrogance.
- Attitude – I am all about personality and if someone has a horrible attitude, I’m sorry but I can’t be around you. I definitely can’t stand arrogance for sure.
- Hygiene – Hygiene is necessarily and if someone isn’t wary of their health, it can greatly impact me.
- Lying – This is the one that can break most relationships and I understand that secrets shouldn’t be revealed to the world all the time but if it’s something that will destroy something then I might as well have it out than in.
Day 8 – Three Turn-Ons (08.03.2020)
Welcome back to the ten-day challenge. It’s day eight and the topic of the day is ‘Three turn-ons’. What fun! Let’s get more personal I suppose.
Qualities
I value qualities in everyone specifically the good ones. I enjoy having the company of people who are honest and loyal. This is one way to win my heart.
Being yourself
Everyone eventually feels a need to be someone else to fit in with society. But, my heart doesn’t like fake things. I love having people who are always themselves and don’t change for a silly and dumb reason.
Someone to Joke Around With
This is an important one. I need someone who understands me and feels like a true friend. I don’t like having someone that doesn’t understand my sense of humour and someone that I don’t find funny. Laughter is the best medicine and I want someone always ready to put a smile on my face.
Day 9 – Two Smileys that Describe my Life Right Now (09.03.2020)
Hello everyone! Today’s topic is ‘Two smileys that describe my life right now’ and these two are the top ones.
- 😉 – This smiley with a wink is one that describes my life right now. I have many surprises up my sleeve and I can’t wait to share them with you guys throughout 2020. However, some are for my friends and family, so don’t expect a million things.
- 😕 – This confused smiley is another one that can describe my life easily. With many surprises come many confusions and planning. But, if you miss a detail, everything can come crashing down.
Day 10 – One Confession (10.03.2020)
Happy Tuesday! Today is the last and final day of the ten-day challenge. It has been so much fun and sometimes really crazy. I can’t wait till the next challenge which will be starting soon. Today’s topic will be a tiny bit juicy. The final topic for the ten-day challenge is ‘One confession’. Are you ready?
To the One Who Holds my Heart
Life has a way of shaking things up. I didn’t expect this to happen and I can’t believe that I denied it for so long too. Sometimes, I wish I could tell you, how you make me feel, the smile that always creeps up when I see you, the way you’re so passionate about your hobbies. All of these make me want to confess my feelings even more. But, it’s near impossible because I’m too scared of rejection. You’ve brightened my world up and everything is better when you’re there. You turn bad days into good ones and horrible memories into amazing moments that I’ll cherish forever. You hold my heart and I hope that never changes. I love you and always will. ❤
