We’re Royalty

Growing up, I loved playing ‘Princesses’

And being called someone’s princess

Made my heart flutter.

I enjoyed the endearment

And still do to this very day.

But I also realised

That everyone is a princess or prince

In their unique way

And that we’re all royalty.
