As I walk down the halls
Of the empty room,
I think to myself
What I should cook for dinner.
It isn’t easy
As I love to have the same old pasta every night
But I want a change
To the usual meal.
I open the fridge
To find some fish bait and broccoli.
Broccoli will do, I suppose.
I begin chopping my vegetables
For my veggie stew,
Only to find
My insurance
Waiting to be paid off.
