Cravings

Walking down to the market,

Allows me to feel the fresh air

Blowing my hair

In the cool breeze.

I search through the retailer

That I love purchasing my clothes,

Accessories and shoes from.

But then, I crave for something tasty.

I want something mouth-watering,

Luscious, soft, and tender.

I want something delicious,

Delectable, heavenly, and flavoursome.

A sweet, savoury, honey-like smell

Wafts through the air, making my stomach growl

Like a hungry lion.

I gaze into the window

Where the rib slowly turns over,

Soaking all the juices and sauces,

Making it moist and, above all, breathtaking.

I want ribs.
